Spring Time Flower Rewind.

I'm getting a bit tired of all the snow, as is everyone else, I'm sure. So, I'm going to post some springy pictures from the past to brighten up the blog. Who knows? Maybe that will bring spring along quicker? Seeing as that groundhog wasn't helpful at all.

Here are some flower pictures to brighten up your day.

Cherry Blossoms

Hollyhocks

Hyacinths

Morning Glory

Roses

Sunflowers

Tiger Lily

Wildflowers

Peony (not sure why the high contrast)

End of Summer Flowers

So, the past few weeks, there are yellow sunflower like flowers, but, they don't exactly look like sunflowers, they look like daisies. Anyway, here are some photos of them.

And, i planted a small morning glory plant back in....say June? Those have taken off. And it they are beautiful. I love my morning glories, I've taken a picture of every single one of them. Morning glories are my favorite flowers.

Spring Flowers!

So, after what seemed to be a long winter, it was finally spring, and one day it was gray and rainy, the next, GREEN EVERYWHERE. And spring was here. I won't go into the weather forecast right now, which calls for a frost.  What I'm saying is spring happened overnight.
And spring means flowers. And flowers means more pictures.

The Hyacinths have come and gone.

  The dandelions never leave.

Not sure what these are, maybe Catalpa? They smell AMAZING.

These orange Zinnia flowers we part of a planting day my friends and I had.

Pink Verbena flowers were also part of the planting fun.

We have lilacs that have yet to bloom. I cannot wait for these.

Nature!

I went out for a walk with my Rebel and learned more about my camera while taking these nature pictures.

There were morning glories along the gravel path in Allied Park. I was excited to see them, i love morning glories.

 Spider-web under the mailbox.

Here's a bee on a weed.

I jazzed this one up a bit.

Butterfly just chilling out maxing relaxing all cool.

My sunflower. This has been the subject of most of my photos lately.

 Hidden morning glory.

 Some sort of yellow weed.

Thistle. Looks like cactus to me.

View up my street, i turned it into black and white because i like the effect.

Snow and Flowers.

Taking pictures of snow falling at night is super easy. Just use the flash. :D

I cannot wait for spring. I miss taking photos of flowers. This flower is from the Valentines Day bouquet my Dad got for my Mom.
